The room is amazing, that's for sure, great view and very spacious, with modern design. However, the tricky part is the access. To find the resort, you will need to drive a long distance of pebble road. Better to have an suv to drive in. Even in the resort, the road condition is quite bad. Stafd are ok, but sometimes feel short staffed.

Personal de recepción al ingreso poco amables. Tomos un apartamento Comfort al que le faltan detalles en cuanto a utensilios de cocina son cucharones ni cucharas de palo ni limpiones ni individuales. Olor a humedad falta preparar con cuidado el aseo y ambiente del alojamiento.

Extremely beautiful and fancy. The cabins we rented where perfect for family. the restaurants and food are amazing, the views gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only problem we found is that the hotel is part of a resort and share infrastructure with another hotel (the Brown) so it gets confusing what you can use and what you cannt (they share the restaurant for breakfast but you cannt use their swimming pools, etc). Also, the reception desk was under construction and the one they currently have doesnt match the concept of the hotel, is poorly organized. Other than that very recommended.
