This was our 2nd time at the hotel and the hotel on this occasion was packed to the rafters! As we had our dog with us we didn't eat In the main dining room but in the area where dogs could be with us. We ate at the hotel on 2 occasions and in our opinion the food was overcooked both times. The 2nd time my husband sent back his fish and chips due to the batter being exceptionally dark brown and not light as you would expect. The staff were very patient and brought him another fish however it was the same. My husband sent this back and didn't reorder. A lovely friendly hotel , with polite and helpful staff just on this occasion the food let it down.

Excellent yet again, only thing I would say is that a doggy goody bag should have some.goodies in it, ours was just a bowl and blanket . We have a greyhound and the blanket and bowl inside it was very very small so maybe have sized goodie bags for bigger dogs and put some goodies in it other than that lovely hotel and staff.

Nice clean hotel, lovely staff. Great bed Only problem we had is website information is very limited and not very transparent Didn’t know there was an extra charge for dogs, had to ask price for breakfast . Bit embarrassing with a queue behind you. Would not use so called “complimentary” drinks in room in case they weren’t

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Llandudno Bay hotel The staff are very friendly especially as a solo traveller. This was important. The food at both breakfast and evening meal is very good with a wide Choice available. Position on the seafront is excellent.

We recently stayed at the Llandudno Bay Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with plenty of parking available right in front of the hotel or nearby. The building itself is charming, clean, and tidy. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a lovely Welsh full breakfast that was freshly cooked and delivered to our table. The hotel is just a short walk from various attractions, shops, and eateries, making it convenient if you choose to dine out. The bar is well-equipped, and the pleasant seating area at the front of the hotel catches the sun in the late afternoon and evening, providing a perfect spot to relax. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
