더 킨멜 & 킨스파

Great location for sightseeing, nice hotel and friendly staff. 1 night stay and didn’t have time to use spa so cannot comment. Also didn’t have breakfast. But i would stay again if im around that area.

At first intended just to use the spa but found great price for overnight stay so was a no brainer! Spa was wonderful, bed and bed linen high quality, staff friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend

Hotel looks to have been refurbished. Room was fresh and clean. Spa too, has good facilities with spacious sauna and steam rooms

Would come again

We have just come back from our 2 nights stay. We booked this hotel as it is a 4* spa hotel. The bar and restaurant was OK, the biggest disappointment was the room. Initially opening the door to the room we were greated with a dirty stained carpet. In the bathroom the shower had no temp control so it was red hot, the big shower head wasn't working, mould on the ceiling directly above the shower. Toilet constantly running all night, sink tap was hit and miss. When leaving we made a complaint, but because we booked through a third party the hotel receptionist said there was nothing she could do other than book us in to the spa which we had already paid for anyway. On a whole, downstairs looks nicely decorated but the bedrooms let this hotel down, could do with a refurb. We have stayed in better budget hotels.
