• ■This facility is a renovated old house. The bathtub, laundry area, and toilet are new, but the hallway and walls remain old. We do our best to clean, but you may see some discoloration, scratches, or peeling. Please be aware of this in advance.

• ■Please do not touch the Wi-Fi device in the living room. Unplugging it is also prohibited. Changing the direction of the device's antenna or unplugging it will cause the Wi-Fi to stop working.

• ■After using your bicycle, please be sure to bring it inside the facility. Do not park it in front of the entrance or on the street, even for a short time.

• ■This facility is located in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from making loud noises so as not to disturb the neighbors.

• ■This facility is located in an area rich in nature. Leaving windows and doors open will allow insects to enter. Please do not leave windows and doors open for extended periods. We kindly ask that you refrain from making complaints regarding insects found within the facility.

• ■Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including on balconies, in the parking area, and on the roads surrounding the facility. The entire town is designated as a protected scenic area. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the courtyard. A penalty of 50,000 yen will be charged if smoking is detected anywhere inside the building or on the surrounding grounds.

• ■Please park only in the designated spot shown in the photograph; parking spaces are strictly assigned. You must park close to the fence to ensure other vehicles can enter and exit. Parking outside the designated space will be treated as unauthorized parking and reported to the police. A penalty of 50,000 yen will be charged if police intervention becomes necessary.
