Very nice an helpful staff, lounge has an amazing view. The rooms are very basic,a bit old.the rooms are clean but the sheets are old, pilows the same, you can see that they are doing their best with cleaning still there are some gaps here and there.overall a nice stay, as long as you dont spend all day in yr room,its worth the money! Once more,the staff is super nice and helpful,10 out of 10 for them!!

Modest stay with very nice staff

Perfect location, excellent staff, room, breakfast
Fitz Roy is located next to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and trailheads. Really nice and efficient staff. Large, clean, quiet room. Very nice breakfast.

Great location to trails and restaurants. Nice clean well appointed hotel.

Nice staff & good location
Very helpful staff. Good location to start Laguna de Los Tres trekking. It seemed that the room was cleaned well, however, there was a foul smell coming out of the bathroom. Maybe from the drainage?? I don't know. But that was a turn off for me. Shower curtain also had mold which was pity when all the other part of the bathroom was quite clean. There was no tub stopper for the bathtub. Frontdesk didn't have it either.
