Everything was very good/good. Very pleasant & peaceful resort. What I would like to bring to future customers attention, & to the management of the resort, is to let people check in early if their room has already been vacated & cleaned. We arrived at 10:45 and could see that the doors of every bungalow were opened & that every bungalow had already been cleaned and ready. Sadly, we were told that we couldn't check in until 14:00. Sadly, we had to drive around for over 3 hours before we could take our bungalow. Hopefully, this will be something important for the management to consider, as we had no problems with anything else during our pleasant stay.

Can't Complain..

Clean room and pool
The town is definitely not one for tourists, but we mainly stayed for the night to be close to our tour guide office for our lake tour the following day. No restaurants nearby so we had 7-Eleven for dinner but it could have just been our timing as it seemed there were some local restaurants but none open when we were there. Only issue I had was that the accommodation says “shuttle service” but on the day I was arriving I messaged the property hours before my arrival for a pickup and never got an answer. Also called multiple times and no answer. When we asked if we could get a ride the next morning to the tour guide office (1.2 km away) they wanted to charge us. Seemed a little ridiculous that they couldn’t drive a customer somewhere so close for free. Other than that it was still a nice place with a pool.

Lovely small clean place, not far from the golf course, dam and the national park. Very friendly owners. We have stayed here many times.

Location good for Khoa Sok Park
The owner checked us in without any problems. Then she told us there’s no restaurant on their property. It was just a slight inconvenience for us but her hospitality was awesome. When she couldn’t get a tuk tuk service (Lunar NY) for us to get into town one day, she offered to drop off and picked us up. That was very kind of her. Rooms were clean, spacious & comfy.
