We stayed for 2 nights in a Courtyard Double Plus room (no 25) which was situated to the right of the hotel. The room was spotless, bed softer than what we are used to but not uncomfortable and a fan was provided which we used along with a bottled water, a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower and plenty of fresh towels. We had lots of choices for breakfast including a full English and staff were welcoming and friendly. You can reserve a table for dinner and food is served up to 8.30pm. Right next door to the hotel is the East Anglia Transport Museum. Even if that is not your thing, it is worth a visit just to ride on the various trolleybuses and trams and learn about their history. It is a total gem of a place and the staff there are amazing. The Coach House is in a good location, we reached the coast in 10 minutes by car. I would highly recommend Gunton Beach if you want a lovely stroll along the sand dunes with peace and quiet. The only negative, which I forgot to mention to staff when we checked out, was that the main venetian blind in our room was warped in places and didn't close properly. This meant there was not total privacy and we were woken by blazing sun. A blackout blind situated behind it have been much better. All in all though, a great stay.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely decorated and they seem to have the set out just right. Rooms very clean. Dogs are welcome at the hotel which is a good thing but my only tiny complaint was that I could smell dog in our room but nothing major. I would definitely visit again and have already recommend my friends to visit

Lovely hotel with incredibly friendly staff and perfect for a dog owner as room/bar/dining room all dog friendly. Plenty of parking and very generous breakfast!
