• ・チェックアウト時刻を超えた場合、15分経過後からレイトチェックアウト料金（1時間につき2500円)を頂きます。 ・室内は完全禁煙です。タバコは屋外でお願いします。室内での喫煙が発覚した場合は30000円頂戴します。 ・あらかじめ予約された人数以外の方を入室・宿泊させた場合は追加料金をいただきます（1名あたり1万円）。宿泊者以外の入室が必要な場合はあらかじめお申し出ください。 ・室内設備や備品を破損・故障させた場合は実費に加え、休業せざるを得なくなった場合は1日につき20000円の休業補償金＋特別対応費用として50000円を頂戴します。 ・室内（トイレ含む）で嘔吐等の汚損があった場合は、特別クリーニングが必要となり、上記の休業補償金と特別対応が必ずかかります。 ・近隣のゴミステーションにはゴミを捨てないでください。 ・お帰りの際は、ゴミをゴミ箱の分別マークに従って捨てて下さい。 ・普通ゴミで回収不能な粗大ゴミ（キャリーケース等）があった場合、手配料と実費含め5000円〜請求させていただきます。 ・忘れ物の送付をご希望の場合、送料（着払い）とは別に対応費として1500円を頂戴します。

• ・If you exceed the check-out time, a late check-out fee (2,500 yen per hour) will be charged from 15 minutes after the check-out time. ・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke outside. If smoking is discovered indoors, a fee of 30,000 yen will be charged. ・An additional fee will be charged if you allow anyone other than the number of people reserved to enter or stay in the room (10,000 yen per person). If it is necessary for someone other than the guest to enter the room, please inform us in advance. ・If you damage or break any indoor facilities or equipment, in addition to the actual cost, if we are forced to close the business, we will charge a business interruption compensation fee of 20,000 yen per day + a special handling fee of 50,000 yen. ・If there is any soiling such as vomit in the room (including the toilet), special cleaning will be required, and the above business interruption compensation fee and special handling fee will definitely be charged. ・Please do not throw away your trash at the nearby garbage station. ・When you leave, please dispose of your trash according to the sorting marks on the trash cans. ・If there is bulky waste (such as a suitcase) that cannot be collected as regular garbage, we will charge you 5,000 yen or more, including arrangement fees and actual costs. ・If you wish to have lost items sent to you, we will charge you 1,500 yen as a handling fee in addition to the shipping fee (cash on delivery).
