• 『ご利用規約』 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 2026年１月1日版 お客様に安全かつ快適にご利用いただくため、下記の通り利用規約を定めております。 ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 この規約をお守りいただけない場合は、ご宿泊及び施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、かつ当施設が被った損害をご負担いただく事もございますのでご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 ・施設のご利用について 施設内において、お客様に美しい眺望や空間デザインを楽しんでいただくため、一部危険な場所がございます。利用方法を守りお過ごしください。なお当施設で発生いたしました事故、トラブルに関しまして当施設は一切の責任を負いかねます。 当施設は自然豊かな場所にございますため、虫等が多く生息しております。殺虫剤・虫除けスプレー等はご準備させていただいておりますが、その点ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。 なお虫刺され等に関しましても当施設は一切の責任を負いかねます。 ・喫煙に関して 火災報知器が作動しますので室内は禁煙です。(電子タバコを含む)キッチンで換気扇を回しての喫煙もご遠慮いただいております。 喫煙可能エリア：デッキ喫煙スペース ※テラスは風が強い為ご遠慮ください。 ・テラスのご利用に関して テラスご利⽤時は転落等に⼗分にご注意のうえご利⽤ください。 ・その他利用規約 1. 指定場所以外でのBBQコンロの使用はご遠慮ください。 2. 景観保護、環境保全のため、いかなる場所においても、ごみやタバコの吸い殻等の投げ捨ては絶対におやめください。 3. 次のような物のお持ち込みはご遠慮ください。 1) 動物、ペット類 2) 悪臭を発するもの 3) 花火・焚火・発火あるいは引火しやすい物（火薬、揮発油など） 4) 薬物、銃砲刀剣類など適法に所持を許可されていないもの 4. 賭博及び、風紀を乱すような行為、又は周辺地域に迷惑を及ぼすような行為はご遠慮ください。 5. お客様には施設到着後、宿泊者名簿兼同意書のご記入をお願いいたしております。原則、お客様全員のお名前・ご住所・ご連絡先を必ずご記入いただき、本規約をお守りいただくものとしてご署名を頂戴いたします。 6. 宿泊申込者として登録された方以外の入室、使用はいかなる場合もお断りしております。 7. 宿泊しようとする者が暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係企業・団体又はその関係者、その他反社会的勢力である場合には当施設のご利用はお断りいたします。ご予約後、あるいはご利用中にその事実が判明した場合には、その時点でご利用をお断りいたします。 8. 諸設備、諸物品について 1) 本来の目的以外の用途へのご使用はおやめください。 2) 食器、タオル、調味料等の備品の当施設外への持ち出しはご遠慮ください。 3) 造作、加工はご遠慮ください。 4) ご利用後は、元の場所へお戻しください。 5) 電化製品の屋外でのご利用はご遠慮ください。 6) 電化製品の使用方法をよくお読みになってからご利用ください。 7) 故障等発生した場合は速やかに施設管理者へご連絡ください。 8) キッチンのご使用後は速やかに片付けをお願いいたします。 9) ご滞在中のシーツ交換は原則ございません。3泊以上ご宿泊のお客様でシーツ交換を希望される場合は事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。 10) ご滞在中の館内清掃は原則ございません。 11) チェックアウト後の冷蔵庫の食材等の忘れ物は、衛生管理上、破棄させていただきます。 12) ベッド上での飲食禁止です。 13）お⼿洗いを利⽤される際、備え付けのトイレットペーパー以外のご利⽤はご遠慮ください。また、⼤量にペーパーを流すのはつまりの原因となりますのでお控えください。 9. 諸施設、諸物品を破損・汚損した場合は、原状回復にかかる費用を全額ご負担いただきます。 10. 当施設での営業行為(展示会・その他)等ご宿泊以外の目的でのご利用はお断りいたします。 11.天災など不可抗力の場合、他、お客様の責に帰さない理由によるものである事が証明された場合はキャンセル料を頂きません。 12. 外出される際には必ず貴重品を身につけ、施錠のうえ、お出掛けください。お客様が持ち込まれた貴重品や物品の盗難等について当施設はその責任を負いかねます。 13. 駐車場の車内に貴重品及びその他の品物を留置しないでください。駐車中における紛失、盗難等について当施設はその責任を負いかねます。 14. 台風などの自然災害の場合は施設のご利用不可となる場合がございます。その場合には施設より事前にお知らせいたします。 15. 天災及び火災事故、その他お客様の不注意により引き起こした事故又は本規約に従わない事故に関して当施設は一切の責任を負いません。当施設の宿泊に関する責任は、お客様が当施設に入った 時に始まり、お客様が出発のため当施設を空けた時に終わります。 16.ご宿泊者様以外の施設のご利用はお一人様¥6,000をいただいております。 17.当宿でのイベント・催し物に関しましてはご宿泊料金別途、十万円をいただいております。 ※上記の内容は予告なく変更になる場合があります。

• Terms & Conditions Version: January 1, 2026 To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in refusal of accommodation or facility use, and guests may be held responsible for any damages incurred by the property. • Facility Use Some areas of the property may be hazardous due to the design and surrounding natural environment. Please use the facilities carefully and responsibly. The property shall not be held liable for any accidents or troubles occurring during your stay. As the villa is located in a nature-rich area, insects may be present. Insect repellent and sprays are provided; however, we kindly ask for your understanding. The property shall not be responsible for insect bites or related issues. • Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking under the kitchen ventilation fan is also prohibited. Smoking Area: Deck smoking space *Please refrain from smoking on the terrace due to strong winds. • Terrace Use Please take extra care while using the terrace to avoid falls or accidents. • Other Terms & Conditions Please use BBQ grills only in designated areas. To help preserve the scenery and environment, littering or discarding cigarette butts anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. The following items are prohibited on the property: Pets or animals Items with strong odors Fireworks, bonfires, flammable or explosive materials Illegal drugs, firearms, swords, or other prohibited weapons Gambling, disorderly conduct, or any behavior that may disturb neighbors or the surrounding area is prohibited. Upon arrival, all guests are required to complete and sign the guest registration and agreement form, including name, address, and contact information. Entry or use of the property by anyone other than registered guests is strictly prohibited. Guests affiliated with organized crime groups, antisocial organizations, or related parties will not be permitted to use the property. If such affiliation is discovered after booking or during the stay, the reservation will be canceled immediately. Regarding facilities and equipment: Please use all items only for their intended purpose. Do not remove dishes, towels, seasonings, or other amenities from the property. Do not alter or modify any facilities or furnishings. Please return all items to their original place after use. Do not use electrical appliances outdoors. Please read instructions carefully before using electrical appliances. In case of damage or malfunction, contact the property manager immediately. Please clean up promptly after using the kitchen. Bed sheets are not changed during your stay as a general rule. Guests staying 3 nights or more who wish to request sheet changes should contact us in advance. Daily room cleaning is not provided during your stay. Any food left in the refrigerator after check-out will be disposed of for hygiene reasons. Eating or drinking on the beds is prohibited. Please use only the provided toilet paper in the restroom. Excessive amounts of paper may cause blockage. Guests will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage or stains caused to the property or equipment. Commercial use of the property, including exhibitions or events unrelated to accommodation, is prohibited. Cancellation fees will not be charged in cases of natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the guest’s control. Please carry valuables with you and lock the property when going out. The property is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Do not leave valuables inside parked vehicles. The property is not responsible for theft or loss occurring in the parking area. In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters, the property may become unavailable. Guests will be informed in advance if this occurs. The property shall not be held responsible for accidents caused by natural disasters, fire, guest negligence, or violations of these terms and conditions. Responsibility for accommodation begins when the guest enters the property and ends upon departure. Visitors who are not registered overnight guests will be charged ¥6,000 per person. Events or private gatherings held at the property will incur an additional fee of ¥100,000 separate from the accommodation charge. *The above terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
