• ※treehouse 利用規約※ 本規約をよくお読みください。 ※ご宿泊には本規約への同意が必要です。 本規約は、お客様に安全・快適に当施設をご利用いただくためのものです。お守りいただけない場合は施設のご利用をお断りし、当施設が被った損害を負担いただくこともございます。また、本規約をお守りいただけなかったことにより生じた事故や損害について、当施設は一切の責任を負いかねますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。 １．お支払いについて ・宿泊料金は、事前にお支払いいただくか、ご到着時に申し受けます。 ・お買い物代、切符代、タクシー代、郵便切手代、荷物送料等の立替はお受けできません。 ２．施設の利用について ・入室の際は、万一に備え、避難経路図をご確認ください。 ・外出の際は、必ず施錠をご確認ください。 ・当施設は、敷地内（屋外含む）全面禁煙です。近隣住民の方へのご迷惑となりますので、建物周辺の路上喫煙もご遠慮ください。建物内・敷地内での喫煙が発覚した場合は、清掃費または違約金として30,000円を請求いたします。損害がこれを超える場合は、別途損害賠償を請求いたします。 ・客室内では、備え付け備品以外の熱を発する器具（暖房・炊事用等）の使用、その他火災の原因となる行為を禁止します。 ・客室を許可なく営業行為や集会（展示会、パーティー等）、宿泊以外の目的で使用しないでください。 ・施設内外の什器・備品の移動、客室の造作・改造等、現状を著しく変更しないでください。 ・許可なく宿泊エリアへ立ち入ることを禁止します。また、宿泊登録者以外の宿泊は固くお断りいたします。発覚した場合は、違約金として30,000円を請求いたします。 ・泥酔されている方の宿泊はお断りする場合がございます。嘔吐等により寝具や備品を汚損された場合は、相当額を弁償していただきます。 ・当施設は18歳以上の方からご宿泊いただけます。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同伴がある場合に限りご宿泊いただけます。 ・賭博、風紀を乱す行為、騒音等、近隣の迷惑となる言動はご遠慮ください。 ・許可なく、施設内で撮影した写真を営業目的で使用しないでください。 ・不可抗力以外の理由で建物や備品を損傷・紛失させた場合は、実費相当額を弁償していただきます。 ・敷地内におけるお客様同士のトラブルについて、当施設は一切の責任を負いません。 ・ゴミは施設所定の分別に従って処理してください。施設外（公共・私有地問わず）へのゴミや吸い殻の投げ捨てが発覚した場合、宿泊をお断りし、清掃費用等を請求することがあります。 ３．貴重品・お預かり品について ・チェックイン前・チェックアウト後・ご滞在中を問わず、スーツケースや貴重品（現金・パスポート等）のお預かりは一切行っておりません。

Failure to comply may result in refusal of your use of the facility and you may be held responsible for any damages incurred by the facility. Furthermore, the facility will not be held liable for any accidents or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these terms, so please pay particular attention to this. 1. Payment ・Accommodation fees must be paid in advance or upon arrival. ・We cannot advance payment for shopping expenses, ticket fees, taxi fares, postage stamps, luggage shipping fees, etc. 2. Use of the Facility ・When entering the room, please check the evacuation route map in case of emergency. ・When going out, please be sure to lock the door. ・Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises (including outdoors). Please refrain from smoking on the streets around the building as it will disturb the neighboring residents. If smoking is discovered inside the building or on the premises, a cleaning fee or penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged. If the damage exceeds this amount, additional compensation will be claimed. ・The use of heat-generating appliances other than those provided (heaters, cooking appliances, etc.) and any other actions that may cause a fire are prohibited in the guest rooms. ・Do not use guest rooms for business activities, gatherings (exhibitions, parties, etc.), or purposes other than accommodation without permission. ・Do not move furniture or equipment inside or outside the facility, or alter or remodel guest rooms in any way that significantly changes their current state. ・Entering the accommodation area without permission is prohibited. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit accommodation by anyone other than registered guests. If discovered, a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged. ・We may refuse accommodation to guests who are heavily intoxicated. If bedding or equipment is soiled due to vomiting, etc., you will be required to compensate for the equivalent amount. ・Guests aged 18 and over are permitted to stay at this facility. Guests under 18 years of age may only stay with a guardian. ・Please refrain from gambling, acts that disturb public order, making noise, or any other behavior that may disturb the neighbors. ・Please do not use photographs taken on the premises for commercial purposes without permission. ・If you damage or lose any building or equipment for reasons other than force majeure, you will be required to compensate for the actual cost. ・The facility assumes no responsibility for any disputes between guests on the premises. ・Please dispose of your trash according to the facility's designated sorting rules. If it is discovered that you have littered outside the facility (whether on public or private land), we may refuse your stay and charge you for cleaning costs, etc. 3. Valuables and items to be stored ・We do not store suitcases or valuables (cash, passports, etc.) before check-in, after check-out, or during your stay.
