• ◆チェックイン/チェックアウト チェックイン　　15:00-20:00 チェックアウト 10:00 ◆ご予約された方は、住宅宿泊事業法に定められた宿泊者全員の情報をご提供いただきます。 →日本国内にお住まいの方は、お名前、ご住所、ご職業。日本国外にお住まいの方は必要な情報に加えパスポート番号、顔写真が鮮明に確認できるパスポートの写しをご提出いただきます。 ・騒音禁止 ・建物内は土足厳禁 ・チェックアウト時間10:00までに必ず退出すること。10:00を超えて滞在している場合30分ごとに5000円の延滞金が発生します。 ・家の鍵やwifiを破損､紛失された場合は別途20,000円を請求いたします。 ・家のｺﾞﾐは外に置かないようにお願いいたします。 ・宿泊施設・設置の備品により生じた事故に関する一切の責任を負いかねます。 ・ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄ時に所持品を再度ご確ご確認下さい｡忘れ物を発見次第宿泊者様にご連絡いたします。保存期間は1週間となります。その後は破棄いたしますのでご了承ください。また、対応手数料(3,000円)+発送代金がかかります。国際郵便の場合は、バッテリーが含まれる商品に関する発送は発送できない 場合がございますのでご了承ください。 上記のルール違反が発覚した場合別途料金を請求いたします

For those residing outside of Japan, in addition to the required information, please submit your passport number and a copy of your passport with a clear photograph. ・No noise allowed ・Shoes are not allowed inside the building ・You must leave by the check-out time of 10:00. If you stay beyond 10:00, a late fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes. ・If the house key or Wi-Fi is damaged or lost, an additional 20,000 yen will be charged. ・Please do not leave garbage outside the house. ・We are not responsible for any accidents caused by the accommodation or the equipment installed. ・Please double-check your belongings upon checkout. We will contact you as soon as we find any lost items. We will keep lost items for one week. After that, they will be discarded, so please understand. In addition, a handling fee (3,000 yen) + shipping costs will be charged. For international mail, please note that we may not be able to ship items containing batteries. If any violation of the above rules is discovered, we will charge you an additional fee.
