• 【チェックインについて】 当施設にはスタッフは常駐はしておりません。可能な限りチェックイン時の立会いを心がけておりますが、チェックインの時間帯によってはセルフチェックインをお願いする場合がございます。また、清掃スタッフが現地で作業をしていることがありますが、原則としてチェックイン・チェックアウトの個別対応は行っておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。 【ご利用人数について】 ベッド利用の場合、最大6名様までゆったりとお使いいただけます。2名様がソファーベッドをご利用の場合は最大8名様まで、また、小さなお子様が添い寝、もしくはベッド下収納のベッドマットをご利用の場合は、最大10名様までご宿泊可能です。 【ペット同伴について】 トイレトレーニングを終了しているぺットに限り、ご宿泊が可能です。万が一、客室の汚損や強い臭いが発生した場合は、専門業者によるクリーニング代として10,000円（税別）を頂戴いたします。なお、施設内にペット用の備品のご用意がないため、必要なものはご持参をお願いします。 ▼お持ちいただきたいもの（一例） ・クレートまたはペット用ベッド ・ご飯用のお皿 ・トイレシート 【立地・自然環境について】 当施設は海沿いに立地しているため、天候・気温・風雨・砂風など自然環境の影響を受けやすい場所です。そのため、状況によりBBQの実施が難しくなったり、備品が濡れたり、砂が入り込む場合がございます。気象警報発令時を除き、通常の風雨等による日程変更やキャンセルは承っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。 【津波対策について】 施設の裏山は海抜約33メートルあり、徒歩約5分で避難可能です。東日本大震災のケースでは津波警報の発令から津波の到達まで最短で26分でした。大きな地震により津波警報が発令された際は、落ち着いて避難していただくことで、十分な時間的余裕がございます。 【建物構造について】 トレーラーハウスは安全に固定されていますが、気象条件により風音やわずかな揺れを感じる場合がございます。 【悪天候時の対応について】 気象庁から暴風警報（陸上の平均風速25m/s以上）が公式に発令された場合は、ゲストの安全を最優先し、全額返金でのキャンセル対応をさせていただきます。 【近隣施設】 ファミリーマート 横須賀長井一丁目店：車で約4分 セブン-イレブン 三浦赤羽根店：車で約4分 長井海の手公園ソレイユの丘：車で約4分 JAよこすか葉山 大型農産物直売所 すかなごっそ：車で約5分

• 【Check-in】 There are no staff on-site at this facility. We will try to be present at check-in whenever possible, but depending on the time of your check-in, you may be asked to check in yourself. Additionally, cleaning staff may be on-site, but as a general rule, they do not provide individual check-in or check-out assistance. We ask for your understanding. 【Number of Guests】 If using beds, a maximum of 6 guests can stay comfortably. If two guests use the sofa bed, the maximum number of guests can be 8. If small children share the bed or use the under-bed storage mattress, a maximum of 10 guests can stay. 【Pets】 Only toilet-trained pets are allowed to stay. In the unlikely event that the room becomes soiled or develops a strong odor, a professional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. Please note that there are no pet-related supplies available on-site, so please bring any pet-related items with you. ▼Items you should bring (examples) ・Crate or pet bed ・Food bowl ・Toilet paper 【Location and Natural Environment】 Because our facility is located on the coast, it is susceptible to the effects of natural factors such as weather, temperature, wind, rain, and sand. Therefore, depending on the situation, it may be difficult to hold a BBQ, your equipment may get wet, or sand may get in. Please note that we do not accept schedule changes or cancellations due to normal wind and rain, except when a weather warning is issued. 【Tsunami Countermeasures】 The mountain behind the facility is approximately 33 meters above sea level, and evacuation is possible in about 5 minutes on foot. During the Great East Japan Earthquake, the tsunami arrived as quickly as 26 minutes after the tsunami warning was issued.
