• # House Rules and Guidelines

• Please treat this guesthouse as you would your own home.

• We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean and well organized.

• To ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay, please review and observe the following rules and important guidelines:

• 1.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. until late at night.

• If you check in after 9:00 p.m., responses to messages may be delayed.

• Check-out is strictly by 10:00 a.m.

• Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability.

• 2.Please keep noise to a minimum at all times.

• If you are traveling with children, ensure that their behavior does not disturb the neighbors.

• 3.Please take care not to lose the house key.

• A penalty will be charged in the event of a lost key.

• 4.Please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reported.

• Bedding will be prepared according to the number of guests listed in your reservation.

• If the actual number of guests differs from what was declared, a penalty of twice the standard rate will be charged, and the incident may be reported to the authorities in accordance with local regulations.

• 5.Please remove your shoes inside the guesthouse, in accordance with Japanese customs.

• 6.Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use.

• Please also ensure that all faucets and showers are fully turned off after use.

• 7.The host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

• 8.If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please inform the host before check-out.

• Additional charges may apply for damage to sliding doors, shoji screens, tatami mats, or similar items.

• 9.Please keep kitchen counters free of clutter, used dishes, leftover food, and trash.

• If anything is spilled, wipe it up immediately.

• Wash, dry, and put away all dishes and cookware after use.

• Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

• 10.Two (2) free parking spaces are available.

• 11.Any changes to the number of guests must be made at least two (2) days before check-in.

• 12.If the interior is left in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

• 13.For long-term stays, a cleaner may visit the property free of charge to help maintain cleanliness.

• 14.Please do not remove any supplies or bedding from the property.

• All items are checked before check-in and after check-out.

• If any items are missing, compensation will be requested.

• 15. No parties or events are allowed on the property.

• 16. We comply with Articles 8 and 36 of the Japanese Private Lodging Business Act and Article 7 of its Enforcement Regulations.

• Under Japanese law, all lodging facilities are required to register under the Hotel Business Act or the Private Lodging Business Act and to collect personal identification information from all guests.

• After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a URL where you can submit the required details.

• A QR code will also be displayed inside the guesthouse. Please scan it with your smartphone and complete the check-in process by entering your name and other required information.

• This procedure is based on instructions from the Aichi Prefectural Police and is necessary to ensure the safety of both guests and hosts.

• All information provided will be treated as strictly confidential.

• このゲストハウスをご自身のお家のように大切にお使いください。清潔で整った空間を保つため、皆様のご協力をお願いいたします。すべてのゲストの皆様に快適で思い出に残るご滞在をお楽しみいただくため、以下のルールと重要事項をご確認の上、遵守していただきますようお願いいたします。

• 1. チェックインは午後4時から深夜まで可能です。午後9時以降にチェックインされる場合、メッセージへの返信が遅れる場合がございます。チェックアウトは午前10時厳守でお願いいたします。

• アーリーチェックインはリクエストに応じて、空室状況により対応可能です。

• 2. 常に騒音を最小限に抑えてください。お子様連れでご旅行の場合は、近隣の方々にご迷惑がかからないようご配慮ください。

• 3. 鍵の紛失にご注意ください。 鍵を紛失された場合、ペナルティ料金が発生いたします。

• 4. 宿泊人数を正確にご報告ください。寝具はご予約時の人数に応じて準備いたします。

• 実際の宿泊人数が申告と異なる場合、通常料金の2倍のペナルティが課され、地域の規制に従って当局に報告される場合がございます。

• 5. 日本の習慣に従い、ゲストハウス内では靴を脱いでください。

• 6. 使用していない時は、すべての照明、エアコン、電化製品の電源をお切りください。

• また、使用後は蛇口やシャワーが完全に閉まっていることをご確認ください。

• 7. ご滞在中の怪我、事故、または私物の紛失・破損について、ホストは一切責任を負いません。

• 8. ご滞在中に誤って何かを破損した場合は、チェックアウト前にホストまでお知らせください。

• 襖、障子、畳などの破損については、追加料金が発生する場合がございます。

• 9. キッチンカウンターは常に整理整頓し、使用済みの食器、残飯、ゴミを置かないでください。

• 何かをこぼした場合は、すぐに拭き取ってください。 すべての食器や調理器具は、使用後に洗浄、乾燥し、元の場所に戻してください。 シンクに汚れた食器を放置しないでください。

• 10. 無料駐車スペースを2台分ご用意しております。

• 11. 宿泊人数の変更は、チェックインの2日前までに行ってください。

• 12. 室内が著しく汚れた状態で残された場合、追加の清掃料金が発生いたします。

• 13. 長期滞在の場合、清潔さを保つために清掃スタッフが無料で訪問する場合がございます。

• 14. 備品や寝具を施設外に持ち出さないでください。すべての物品は、チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に確認されます。 紛失物がある場合、補償をお願いいたします。

• 15. 当施設では、パーティーやイベントの開催は禁止されています。

• 16. 当施設は、住宅宿泊事業法第8条および第36条、ならびに同法施行規則第7条を遵守しております。日本の法律により、すべての宿泊施設は旅館業法または住宅宿泊事業法に基づいて登録し、全ゲストの本人確認情報を収集することが義務付けられています。

• ご予約確定後、必要事項を送信していただくためのURLをお送りいたします。

• また、ゲストハウス内にQRコードが表示されておりますので、スマートフォンでスキャンし、お名前などの必要情報を入力してチェックイン手続きを完了してください。 この手続きは愛知県警察の指示に基づくもので、ゲストとホストの安全を確保するために必要です。 ご提供いただいたすべての情報は厳重に管理されます。
