Great beach bungalow but the beddings were a problem
Nice romantic bungalow located right at the beach. Beautiful surroundings, great coffee, good restaurant. BUT, please please please this message to the owner! Please tell staffs to frequently wash the beddings such as pillow and the blanket. Even the pillow and duvet cover might be clean but the musty smell from the inside part is disgusting.

Best Stay I've had on Koh Phangan
Secret Beach Bungalows exceeded our expectations. I took my mom here because of the room proximity to the beach as well as the vibe displayed in the pictures. Upon checking you it was easy to tell that the owners take pride in their resort. All the staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was fantastic with tons of places to put clothes and items. Lots of outlets, bedside lights and hangers around. It was well thought out room. Only negative was hair from the previous guest on the shelf in the shower and bit of dust build up on the light fixtures. Nothing to affect how good our stay was. It's also worth noting the food was excellent and the service was fantastic as well. My mom was asked not to sit around the restaurant before 10am (opening time) though since it would encourage others to join, but they delivered her coffee to her room. One thing I haven't seen in another resort was being provided with 2 blankets on a double made. My mom and I still talk about what a great idea that is. I do wish the bedding was softer but it didn't affect our sleep, just a bit scratchy. Overall, I can't wait to come back and watch the phenomenal sunsets from such a unique bungalow operation. Thanks for everything!
