The place is a nice cosy and cleaned. We got everything we need like the kitchen, dining room, and laundry. It’s also very clean and look like brand new place. The place is a good smell place too. The dining room with the big glass windows, we could see the Bewako lake view. We recommend the place for who would like stay at home feel while traveling. The host is nice and helpful. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The concept has such a beautiful, minimalist MUJI-like vibe. The house is also very well-equipped with everything you need, including an iron and ironing board, which is honestly quite hard to find in hotels or vacation houses. Having an iron made my day because I could keep my outfits neat throughout the trip! The owner was super, super nice and helpful. He even offered to pick us up during check-in and check-out because the house is located uphill. The kitchen has a beautiful view from the hill, and the whole place feels so peaceful and relaxing. It was such a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it. Just a little note: the house is located uphill, so walking from Otsu Station to the vacation house can be quite tiring, especially with luggage. Thankfully, the owner was kind enough to help with transportation.
