They denied the room despite paying the amount through Agoda. They claimed that they didn't get the money from Agoda. Agoda also didn't help.

I had booked this property through Agoda and reached the property after which I was made to wait for more than 2 hours at the property for the management to check if this was booked. After 2 hours they denied me a stay saying they haven't received the money so I so be paying again in order to avail my stay. Later management claimed to have recieved money paid by me through*** account however after after all the torture I did not want to stay at that property. Since they had not allowed me stay I asked the receptionist to send me an email stating that they had not allowed me in the property so that I could claim my money back from Agoda. However she was extremely rude and kept on ignoring and wasting my time. I couldn't take such ruth behaviour any further as it had hampered my patience and energy hence I called the cops over. After hearing about the cops, they were ready to allow me a stay there confirming my booking. The cops did not help much, they just concluded stating that stay at t

All the 5 star reviews are fake. This is a 1 star hotel, bathrooms are terrible, place looks abandoned. Called to confirm arrival time, lady couldn't speak English well and hung up on me. No signs out front or "hotel" and had to get my taxi driver to speak to them to open gates as I arrived late. Would not recommend.

I called them, send the messages asking at what timw could I check in and I didn't get any answer. I had to book a room in another hotel tho.
