The hotel is nearby to the airport so it's a better place to hangout / take rest! Actually the best part is there full board package! Where they give complete food and drinks as complementry ! And also they have beautiful villa type rooms with maximum privacy! Staffs are awesome they always kind and greetful ! They usually make you to feel this place like a home

I think it was an exclusive club type property that primarily targeted the Western tourists. Locals like us could not easily afford it. When I saw a good offer in Agoda I called the hotel and realized that their discounted rate for certain credit card holders were nearly two times the Agoda offer. So we grabbed the latter although it was on BB basis. We preferred a HB type reservation. So we had to separately by the buffet dinner. It was not very attractive. There was no highlight. Our room was very spacious it had a lovely view of the lagoon. We did not use the swimming pool because it was too crowded and noisy. All in all we had a good stay there.

The property's location was fantastic. The cleanliness of the facilities were top notch and the spacious rooms were a definite plus. While the staff could be more attentive because i had to ask several waiters for a finger bowl during breakfast. And all of them left without an assurance of bringing them. And their facial expression was as if we were a great trouble for them. Most of the sri lankan breakfast crusine such as string hoppers, Pittu etc are to be eaten by hand and therefore we required a finger bowl. Therefore i think the waiting staff at the restaurant should be more customer friendly. Parking was the only down side as we had to drive back and forth to find a parking space due to the heavy vehicle load which was already parked due to the long weekend.

We had an incredible stay at Club Palm Bay, with the swimming pool (huge area for kids, and 1.5m deep end for us) and dining services standing out. The beautifully designed pool had clear water, comfortable lounge areas, and attentive lifeguards, creating a safe and enjoyable environment. The dining experience was exceptional, featuring a diverse and high-quality breakfast/lunch buffet and a gourmet à la carte dinner menu with impeccable service. I highly recommend Club Plam Bay for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I went with my parents this week . Nice location with calm surrounding specially the view from our room was exceptional. Good place to relax. They have a large pool which is well maintained. Dinner was not that good because the spread was limited and only had lot of steamed items but the breakfast spread was good and tasty. Anyway we had a great time. And also the guy who carried our luggages to the room was very pleasant.
