But even after deduction of money from my card from Agoda Lub Bentota claimed they have not received and asked to pay again.After arguing with GM they with draw demand may be enquiring with Agoda Indian rep a lady.This should not happen. May be Agoda mistake

Actually me and my wife wanted a peaceful place to spend 3 nights in a big area and for a better price, the place here is bit old, outside many chairs near the pool is broken, even though it looks too old but it also has old beautiful look. Rooms had superb air-conditioning, mini fridge, nice balcony with very comfortablechairs, fan, Basically not much so hot water in the bathroom but can manage, hair dryer, hot water kettle, , bottled water , tea making facilities, only issue was only one power socket worked in the room , TV didn't have service, room service was great and the food was so much good for the money we paid , and the rooms and not bad for the money we paid , if you are looking for a newly made luxury I don't recommend this. But for a cool holiday with less noise with a calm beach it is great place for a great price. For this price at agoda it is so much better place.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The food was superb – fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. Every meal was a treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their service made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

refer to the review title very first time we were in this hotel once we enter the main gate near galle road our baggage were unloaded by myself and my wife and daughter -no one has come and help even ask just imagine how is the impression for the 1st time customer one we check in only two front office desk members two girls they dosent know what they are doing at least one girl try to take our laugues and direct us to come to the room how ever we took our bageses and went to the room after awaiting one hour -no bell boys no supervisers and managers there to direct them we we were in 12th to 13th and again 14th to 15th (with another familly after i recomended )14th a;so the same thing happend to us and our recomended famiily to get the room for two families waited nearly more then 3 hours -no managers to be seen luckely your resturent staff very friendly every one specially Executive chief -Priyal and lady with saree forgest her name very kinly and help with others fantastic (thats why i recomended my other family to joined with us )Thank you
