망고 스위트 - 산티아고

I was just passing by Santiago, as a stop on my trip to north, and found this very affordable hotel. Bed, room and bathroom were all clean. Simple hotel, nothing fancy, but solid value for money. Kind staff too. Recommend for anyone stopping by Santiago. Also near all malls/restaurants around.

This is our second time to stay here, a much-needed stop on our Aparri-Laguna route. The hotel is right along a major road and hence is easy to get to. It has ample parking space and a welcoming reception area. The standard twin room is basic, to a fault in some ways. The two single beds seem narrower than those in other hotels in the same price range in Manila, and the air conditioner, a basic though fully functioning one, could be better positioned. There is no hair dryer en suite and we think the hotel will do well to switch to a soap and shampoo dispenser instead of a hygiene kit, and a water dispenser instead of plastic bottles, not only for convenience but more importantly for sustainability and environmental protection. A highlight of our stay was the delectable food offerings. They're some of the best we've had in our hotel stays. We'll keep coming back even just for the food.

Deluxe Family. The room is spacious but the comfort room is not. Good location. The room was dirty, there were used hotel slippers under the bed ( as in black yung under ng slippers), may pinagbalatan ng food/candy. May cockroach sa Cr. Yung knob sa CR may masking tape pa. Malagkit yung table. Staffs are mabait. Easy and fast check in and out

My stay at Mango Suites Isabela had a few unfortunate issues, but overall, it was still a positive experience thanks to the staff. During my stay, I encountered a cockroach in the room and experienced a burst from the bidet spray, which was quite inconvenient. These are definitely areas that need improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. However, what stood out was how the staff handled the situation even though it was dead of the night. They were very apologetic, attentive, and quick to respond to my concerns. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a big difference and helped turn what could have been a very negative experience into a manageable one. While there is room for improvement in the facilities, the excellent customer service is something worth recognizing. With better upkeep, this place has the potential to provide a much better overall stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I noticed was the presence of a few "gamo-gamo" (flying termites) in the room. Other than that, I really appreciated the complimentary drinks at the lobby — a nice touch! I do hope they consider offering them on weekends as well, since they’re currently only available on weekdays. The staff were very accommodating, and overall, I felt at ease during my stay. I’d definitely consider coming back. My officemate had a minor issue with the door lock in her room, but it was quickly resolved by the staff, so it wasn't a big deal.
