Bon Voyage Inn

I grew up in Sterkspruit and I looked forward to supporting a local hotel. It's a very beautiful hotel and I feel improvement is needed on communication, trued to call from Tuesday until Friday, phone not being answered. Upon arrival I was first told my room was not ready at around 11am, I understood, drove around and came back at 2pm then told my booking is not found, despite proving my booking and showing that I even paid. Thami and Asa vela were very understanding of the situation and dis their best to resolve it. Athi, who is the receptionist but was not there was called and she was veey rude on the phone, which was quite upsetting and disappointing. After a long drive all I wanted was a shower and to freshen up. Eventually Thami confirmed my booking. Athi was asked to call me to apologize, she called and was still not understanding that she was rude, apologized and hung up without even waiting to hear what I had to say. The rest of the team was wonderful really and the rest of my stay was really pleasant. PS: thank you for cleaning up every morning and changing my towels. The doors need a bit of cleaning as well, the white colour unfortunately gets dirty quickly with finger marks so attention can ve given to wiping them. With that said, I look forward to more visits as this hotel has great potential and so much details was put into building and decorating it and I still would love to support my home people.
