I recently stayed at Best Western Hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately, overall my experience was not as satisfactory as I expected, especially considering the hotel’s 4-star category. Upon check-in, the bed linens were not properly clean, and the room did not appear to have been thoroughly prepared. The bathroom cleaning was also below expectations, with hair found in several places. These are basic cleanliness standards that I would expect from a 4-star property. I was also disappointed with some of the room amenities. The TV was not a Smart TV, and overall, I felt that the room facilities and amenities did not fully match the standard I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. That said, I would like to appreciate the staff for being very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Mrs. Dilukshi at the reception, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and assisted me whenever I needed help. Her friendly and professional attitude was one of the highlights of my experience. Overall, while the staff service was good, I unfortunately cannot say that the stay was value for money. I hope the management will take these comments seriously and improve the housekeeping, cleanliness, and room amenities to better meet the expected 4-star standard.

I was there for 4 nights. Pros : - location : close to banks, stores, restaurants, bus stops - hotel room : spacious - had safety - staff was friendly Cons - the hotel bathroom had a bad smell - the walls are not sound proof and we could hear through other rooms. - no much amenities. Such as bring tooth brush, paste, ear buds etc. shampoo & conditioner provided in small qty.

Nice and clean property

Good hotel, room is clean and employee is kind, but break fast is too slow, it was no on time, i recommend this hotel if you come by your vacation, but i don’t recommend if you come business

I make regular trips to Colombo. And this is the ideal location for me. Great value for the facilities they provide. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
