• Please treat this guesthouse as you would your own home.

• We would appreciate it if you could keep the space clean and organized.

• To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay, please review the following rules and important points:

• 1. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. until late at night.

• If you check in after 9:00 p.m., replies to messages may be delayed.

• Check-out is strictly by 12:00 nn.

• Early check-in is available only upon request and depending on availability.

• 2. Please keep noise to a minimum.

• If you are traveling with children, ensure that their behavior does not disturb the neighbors.

• 3. Please do not lose the house key.

• A penalty will be charged in the event of a lost key.

• 4. Make sure to accurately report the number of guests staying.

• Bedding will be prepared according to the number of guests in your reservation.

• If it is discovered that the actual number of guests differs from what was declared, a penalty of twice the standard rate will be charged, and we may report the incident to the police as fraud.

• 5. Please remove your shoes inside the guesthouse, in accordance with Japanese customs.

• 6. Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when not in use.

• Also, make sure to fully turn off faucets and showers after use.

• 7. The host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to your personal belongings during your stay.

• 8. If anything is broken or damaged, please contact the host before check-out.

• Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security deposit.

• 9. Please keep kitchen counters free of clutter, used dishes, leftover food, and trash.

• If something is spilled, wipe it up immediately.

• Wash, dry, and put away all dishes and cookware after use.

• Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

• 10.Two (2) free parking spaces are available.

• 11. Changes to the number of guests must be made at least two days before check-in.

• 12. If the interior is left in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

• 13. For long-term stays, a cleaner may visit the room free of charge to help maintain cleanliness.

• 14. Please do not take any supplies or bedding from the property.

• All items are checked before check-in and after check-out.

• If any items are missing, compensation will be requested.

• 15. We comply with Articles 8 and 36 of the Japanese Private Lodging Business Act and Article 7 of its Enforcement Regulations.

• Since 2018, all lodging facilities in Japan are required to register under either the Hotel Business Act or the Private Lodging Business Act, and to collect personal identification information from all guests by law.

• Therefore, after your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a URL where you can submit the necessary details.

• You will also find a QR code displayed inside the guesthouse. Please scan it with your smartphone and complete the check-in by entering your name and other information.

• This process is based on instructions from the Aichi Prefectural Police and is necessary to ensure the safety of both guests and hosts.

• 清潔で整頓された状態を保ち、すべてのゲストが快適に、思い出に残る滞在ができるよう、以下のルールと注意点をご確認ください。

• 1. チェックインは午後4時から深夜まで可能です。

• 午後9時以降にチェックインされる場合、メッセージへの返信が遅れる場合があります。

• チェックアウトは正午12時厳守です。

• アーリーチェックインはリクエストベースで、空室状況により対応可能です。

• 2. 騒音は控えめにお願いいたします。特にお子様連れの方は、近隣の方からの苦情が出ないよう十分にご配慮ください。

• 3. ドアの鍵を紛失されないようご注意ください。鍵を紛失された場合には、罰金を請求させていただきます。

• 4. 実際に滞在される人数を正確にご申告ください。ご予約時の人数に応じて寝具を準備いたします。申告された人数と実際の宿泊者数が異なる場合には、本来の公式料金の2倍の罰金を請求し、悪質と判断した場合は警察へ通報いたします。

• 5. ゲストハウス内では、日本の習慣に従い靴を脱いでお過ごしください。

• 6. 使用していない電化製品（照明、エアコンなど）は、電源を切ってください。水道・シャワーも使用後は確実に止めてください。

• 7. ホストは、滞在中に発生した怪我、事故、あるいはゲストの所有物の紛失・破損について一切の責任を負いません。

• 8. 何かを破損された場合は、チェックアウト前に必ずご連絡ください。破損または紛失が確認された場合は、セキュリティデポジットから補填される場合があります。

• 9. カウンター上には、物や食器、ゴミなどを放置しないようにしてください。何かをこぼした場合はすぐに拭き取り、使用した食器や調理器具は洗って乾かし、収納してください。シンクに汚れたままの食器を放置しないようご協力をお願いいたします。

• 10. 無料駐車スペースを2台分ご用意しております。

• 11. ゲスト数の変更は、チェックインの2日前までにご連絡ください。

• 12. 室内を著しく汚された場合は、別途清掃料金を請求いたします。

• 13. 長期滞在の方には、無料で清掃スタッフが訪問する場合がございます。清潔な環境維持のためのご協力をお願いします。

• 14. 備品や寝具類をお持ち帰りにならないようお願いいたします。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の清掃時に備品の確認を行っており、持ち出しが判明した場合は補償費用をご請求いたします。

• 15. 私たちは、住宅宿泊事業法第8条、第36条および同法施行規則第7条を遵守しています。

• 2018年以降、日本国内のすべての宿泊施設は、旅館業法または住宅宿泊事業法に基づき登録されており、ゲストの本人確認情報の提出が法律で義務付けられています。
