We really enjoyed our stay here, the tree house is cute and functional and ours looked out over a grassy area where deer and peacocks graze. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the food was good. We had a morning safari so they packed us up our breakfast and sent us off with cold water and juice as well. Service was great and they also gave us a great little handbook of wildlife (with names) to look out for- a really nice touch. Location is literally across the road from Wilpattu NP gates. The room is cute and functional though a few bugs do get in through some gaps in the walls though there is a mozzie net over the bed. I'd have no hesitation recommending the Tree House as a place to stay.

Wilpattu国立公園内にあるツリーハウスです。サファリツアーの後、そのまま車で数分のところにあるので移動が楽です。夕食はつけていなかったのですが、ものすごくおすすめされました。食べたかったのですが、子供（9歳）が辛いものが食べられないので低調にお断りしました。ドライヤーは部屋にありませんが、フロントで借りることができます。お湯の出はよくありませんが、想定範囲内です。2階にもベッドがあり、はしごで上れるので子供は大喜びでした。虫がでるので・・・とスタッフさんが言っていたので心配でしたが、夜中に食べ残しのお菓子のにおいにつられてヤモリとアリがきた程度だったので良かったです。何より、公園内なので自然に囲まれていて、景色は抜群です！朝は鳥の鳴き声で目がさめ、2羽の鳥が窓の目の前にいたのは感動でした！ 余談ですが、スーツケースのカギが壊れて開かず、ダメ元でスタッフさんに聞いてみたら「壊れていないよ～！」と言って壊さずに開けてくれたのには感動しました。あとは、夜中や明け方に野生の象が道を渡るらしく、子供が見たがっていたので聞いてみたら「象が通ったらドアをノックして教えてあげるよ！」と言ってくれました。残念ながらこの日は象は通らなかったようですが。。チェックアウト後、子供に象の置物をプレゼントしてくれて、みんなで一緒に写真を撮りました。とてもフレンドリーで親切なスタッフさんで、とても楽しい滞在となりました。お世話になりました！

With a tight travel schedule, I selected Wilpattu Tree Lodge for its immediate proximity to the entrance of the Park. My husband and I arrived just as sunset was coming and we had a beautiful welcome indeed. Good call! I picked Wilpattu Tree Lodge for its unique setting--- and with rice paddies calling us from our second floor level room, the view was a spectacular winner! As I understood that it was in the middle of nowhere, our expectations were low as to cleanliness and quality of food. I mean: you're in Sri Lanka, so yes, you WILL have barking dogs, or crowing crows, loud chickens, or a lizard or two here or there. We knew to expect that WHEREVER we were--- no matter the level of accommodation, so we had our earplugs ready, as any seasoned traveler would. Imagine our surprise to see brand new mosquito nets on the beds and spotless bathroom floors and shower area. We were relieved about them! When it was dinner time, our chef most proudly prepared us a warm dish and the waiter carried it and our beverages as if they were fine gold to present to the king and queen. Their level to deliver was truly meaningful. The extent of desire to serve properly was palpable. (So, If you are expecting a Hôtel Georges V service and cuisine, give it up.) But if you are open to receiving THE VERY BEST that this team aims to provide, you will be humbled and touched. They give it their ALL. For our morning safari, the general manager had kindly arranged for one of her staff to accompany us-- his specific role was to tap on the safari driver's jeep partition when we had a question or wanted to stop to see something. He had a cooler with many chilled bottles of waters and juices. He was there to serve. Our driver, who was quite knowledgeable, had spent the night in the driver's quarters, and again the proximity was a huge help for him too. We left for our morning Safari at 6:00am (third in line for the park opening of 6:15am), returned for our luggage to be off to the next destinat

Just on the edge of the Park , great room very clean , restaurant had very surprising grest food , no alcohol. All this was unfortunately spoiled by a dog barking all night in sounded in pain and a gentleman in the room above us snoring all night shacking to tree house . I know this wasnt the owener fault, buta night without sleep is not good
