We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Very convenient location and spacious for the family. Bathroom has space for shower outside the tub. Bathtub has electronic control panel. The kids love it! Toilet is separated near the entrance and also has electronic panel. Sleep arrangement was spacious, full size dining table, full size kitchen, fridge. Sofa and tv. Laundry in room as well! Absolutely pleasant! We didn't check the app so we were not aware, but they sent a message notifying that the staff would be off at 6PM (latest check in 8PM). So make sure you arrange your arrival beforehand, or check with the staff a day before. We had a pleasant stay there and would definite come back.

Close walk from Odawara station

ロケーション最高、部屋も広くて綺麗

駅から近く本当に小田原城が見えます スタッフの方も丁寧 部屋も広くて綺麗です 駅が近いのでコンビニも飲食店も5分も歩けば選び放題 駐車場も1000円で12時から24時間利用できます(早い者勝ち) 【残念な点】 ・買い物で駐車場を一度出たらコーンをおいておいたのに外人が勝手に停めていた ・前の客がシーツ無しで布団を使ったらしく、布団にシップの匂いが付いており部屋が湿布臭かった

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located not far from odawara station. Large room suitable for small family.

室内装備が清潔

バス、トイレ、キッチンなど室内装備が新しくて清潔で文句なし。 小田原駅、小田原城も徒歩圏内で利便性が良く、コスパに優れている。 夜間はスタッフ不在など上手くコスト低減していると思います。
