The youthful staff like Veronica, Marblehead, Veronica, Khanyi, were excellent. Kind, respectful, patient and friendly. The gardens...wow! Everything was on point. Would just suggest that bed-side floor carpets be arranged for the rooms for obvious reasons.

Pleasant and Comfortable One-Night Stay
I checked in at Protea Hotel Klerksdorp around 9pm and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean, neat, and comfortable. I only stayed for one night, but the hotel had all the essentials I needed and made for a pleasant short stay. Overall, a good experience.

Smelly water in the shower
The showers water was smelling of Sulphur oxide. It smelled like recycled water

I dont know how to title this review.
1. The picture is deceiving. the hotel doesn't look like the picture at all. 2. we found an empty chips' packet under the bed. 3. throughout our stay, there was no hot water. We showered with lukewarm to cold water. the body wash was empty in the shower and never refilled. the room had a tiny bar soap next to the sink...I suppose that was to wash our hands. 3. the staff were very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. 4. the restaurant within the hotel was very convenient, we enjoyed the food and the service is great.

There was no toilet spray and toilet brush The beds were not comfortable Price is too much for them not to atleast have open view tv for netflix and showmax The tv stations were not clear It was called executive but without disposable slippers,without gowns In general the money we paid was not worth the accomodation.it could have maybe be worth it if there was breakfast includes
