Nice new hotel, clean and has a great view. Superb staff and show great hospitality. Go beyond their way to help was told they might add new facilities in near future.only setback, it’s about 3.5 km to the city centre where the happenings is.

Lovely Hotel with Amazing Staff and Breakfast
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially loved the breakfast spread, which was varied, fresh, and delicious each day. I would highly recommend staying here!

A peaceful, family-run gem offering modern comfort
We had a wonderful stay at The Cloud in Ella. This is a small-scale, family-run property that offers a warm and personal atmosphere. The owner and his family live on-site, and you can really feel the hospitality throughout your stay. The location is ideal: close enough to travel quickly with tuk-tuk or taxi into the centre of Ella, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer excellent value for money. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had a good supply of hot water! Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, which is a nice bonus if you prefer to prepare your own meals occasionally. What stood out most was the friendly, service-oriented approach of the manager and the son of the owner, who were always happy to help with advice or any requests. Overall, The Cloud is an excellent choice for travellers looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay in Ella.
