Really poor quality mattress. No blockout curtains so too much exterior lighting shines into room affecting ability to sleep. Airconditioning, which kept room warm, cut out early morning hours (coldest part of the night ) no backup heater. No mirror in the room makes grooming challenging. No senior management on site. Young assistant, Aya, tried his best to take note of the issues.
