Someone used our bathroom. The staff didn’t do anything. They should offer something else in return for the inconvenience. We ended up not having a bath tub night. Instead of us having time to relax. We just took a short shower from another room. And go back to our place.

1. My kid pour little cocoa on kake futon, we informed them immediately, initially they said no problem but next day they charger 6600¥ ( they blabbered many reason to get money) 2. We forgot some of my kid toys worth 6000¥ , we searched car not there, so we called them they simply said nothing was there. After check out we can directly came to home, so we sure toys was there only. I recommend Agoda, do not give unwanted hype to these kind and of properties. 9.1 exponential is too much, you can give 6.0 only.
