Festival the room that I booked for was not given to me when I went back after checking in to inquire about it then they told me that the room that I have booked for was given to somebody else and then they upgraded it to me to another room that looks bit similar to one that I booked for if I would have not inquired about it they wouldn’t have upgraded. Secondly, the breakfast is shit every day you get three piece of bread and one fried egg which doesn’t have any salt in it no options are present or you buy the breakfast. Secondly, the environment is not that clean. The steps were dirty. The kettle in my room was dirty that we asked for another one. The shower in the room was not working properly hot and cold. The water was jacking when it was operational. You have to open the water and wait for a while so the hot water I can come and I finally dangerous for my kids is they are still young And the ice on the cake is on Friday. I went to the kitchen and I told them that I am vegetarian with my kids and then I sat down my kids in the restaurant and I came back to my room because I forgot my phone upon returning back to the restaurant I found that my kids were about to eat three piece of bread with fry eggs when I told them specifically we are vegetarian today
