Location is best, right downtown close to everything. If you need transportation back it's just right next door. There is a hot spring which we loved! Wifi is really great. Staff is very helpful, I requested a fan and they provided it to me. Cons: Hotel rooms are outdated and that was only the con.

Best Location

Great Location in Panajachel

We stayed here for a few days while we visited Panajachel and Lake Atitlan. The location was ideal. Right off the main strip, yet quiet. A few minute walk to the lake. Our room had double queen beds. A sitting area outside of the bedroom. A private bathroom with a large shower. I did not have hot water during our stay. The wifi was strong and reliable. The staff was polite. We didn't really interact with them other than during check-in and check-out.
