Great value for money, this property is located in a quiet area with the reservoir only a couple of mins walk. Be aware there is nothing around, so if you want food you would need to drive. I knew this as I had researched the property. Unfortunately the next door neighbouring property had their music on loudly quite late into the night (not the fault of the host). The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom decor was suitable, although not modern. The room and bathroom were clean enough but could do with some dusting and a good airing as smelt slightly (not sure if it's damp as the farmhouse is old). Breakfast was fine. The host was friendly and accommodating. Would I stay here again, it was certainly value for money but I've stayed in better.

This is a quant b and b, typical farm house, it had all I wanted, hair dryer, as well, TV, fantastic to make tea in a pot, fresh milk and Welsh cakes every day, Breakfast local products, even had heated towel rail, to dry swimming costume, had heating on, , what more can you ask for

Really beautiful, quiet. Nice places to walk all around. Thanks for the hot breakfast!

I had a great stay at Llys-y-fran and I would definitely go back. My host Sandra was very welcoming and I loved the location. I had an excellent nights sleep and a delicious breakfast
