Room was small but clean with complementary breakfast. The staff could have been friendlier. However, cannot complain for the price.

Warm hospitality and great value in Ahangama Excellent stay with friendly staff and delicious food
I had a very pleasant one night stay at Samba Ahangama. The location is extremely convenient if you’re planning to explore the Ahangama area, with easy access to nearby beaches, cafes and attractions. The staff truly stood out they were warm, friendly, and very supportive throughout our stay. I’ve seen some concerns about locals being treated differently at certain hotels, but that was absolutely not the case here at Samba. We were the only locals staying that day, and the service we received was excellent and professional in every way. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The food was another highlight delicious, well prepared, and definitely worth the price. Overall, Samba Ahangama offers great value, genuine hospitality, and a comfortable stay. I would happily recommend it to both local and international travelers.

Relaxing stay

Great and comfortable stay
We've stayed at Samba before and stayed there again because of the great location, safe and clean accommodation and comfortable rooms. The food at the cafe is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a few points of improvement. The parking provided could be better as it is currently in an adjoining lot that is quite overgrown. The room rate quoted is for a double, however, one of our group occupied one of the rooms individually. So we asked for the additional breakfast on the basis that we had paid for a double room rate, but we were denied this request and asked to pay for the additional meal on the breakfast menu separately. The terms and conditions should clearly state that it is a flat room rate and the meal entitlement is for the number of people actually staying in the room.

Comfortable stay in relaxed atmosphere
Loved the stay in a comfortable location and a relaxed atmosphere. Easy access to the town, the restaurants and a five minute walk to the secret beach. Parking facilities could be better as the parking provided is in adjoining lot which is overgrown. However, we had a relaxing stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
