Dust all over the apartment bed sheets are old and furniture is old which need to be changed

We are a couple and had taken a one bedroom apartment which was allotted to us on the ground floor. The rooms were spacious and with all that we need in an apartment like microwave, electric stove, toiletries were provided. The rooms do not provide any view but the hotel is located very close to a beach and corniche, close to 5 mins walk, which makes it an amazing location. The Masala restaurant has a great chef that cooked delicious breakfast and we also had dinner here which was very delicious too. Although the room allocated to us was clean but the hotel lacked cleanliness overall because of which we also had a mosquito in our room and troubled us for the entire 2nd night. We didn't request our room cleaning upon leaving for a tour during the day assuming it will be done in our absence while we're outside but it wasn't done. However when informed the reception, they acknowledged it and were willing to get it cleaned at night when we returned, but then we denied as it was too late. Both rooms consisted of TVs but didn't work as they have some issues in the dishes due to the recent downpours. Overall it's a value for money that we paid for and don't expect a lot. I recommend to people like me who want to book a hotel last minute and don't want to spend a lot.

Amazing stay and outstanding service. We rented this place during our trip from RAK and everything was organized perfectly. Highly recommended for families.

It's best location in Ras Al Khaimah downtown and five minutes walk to access the public beach which is good. Hotel staff and room cleanliness are good.

It was a nice stay
