I went to Kumano Kodo with my friends. We found this place by accident and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The owner Shino is very nice. She asked us about our travel plans, optimized our itinerary, and prepared lunchbox for our next day's hike. We rented bicycles, which made it easy to go to many places. She also guided us to buy tickets because the transportation system in Japan is really complicated, Shino really took care of everything. The accommodation was very clean, the facilities were very complete, and you could cook food for dinner. I am very happy to have such an experience!

The best choice for multi-person tours

Cosy place with scenic views

Shino was very personable and helpful. The house is right by a rice field and had a really nice view from the living room. The bed was very comfortable too, and water heated up quickly for a nice bath. If you are hiking, would also recommend getting lunch bento, it was delicious.
