2 rooms upstairs, should be able to fit 6-8 adults. It has a living room, kitchen downstairs. Only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet downstairs. It is about 5 mins walk from the kii-katsuura train station, where there are many food choices. There is a parking space right on site of the house. Good for family or group. Highly recommended

Tahun lalu aku sewa rumah yg di fuji ownernya ramah dan sangat membantu Berbeda terbalik dg yg ini,walahpun tmpt nya bersih ala jepang..ga ada yg kurang dg tmpt nya cm staff nya dan perilaku yg sangat tidak menyenangkan saat check out Kami telat sejam karena angkutan umum disini susah tp tdk sebaiknya dikejar2 seperti maling aja aplg aku jg otw bus Saat check out jg ga membantu,adanya seperti ingin cepat2 mengusir Sangat tdk menyenangkan Lbh baik sewa di hotel aja laen kali ke daerah nachi toh jg harga ama hotel jg kurang lbh. Sama ini di pilih cm karena jarak yg lbh dekat dg station

This was an amazing stay and good memory indeed. The house is about 600m away from Nachikatsuura town on a small hill (which means it's quieter). The Owner Maru san is a very thoughtful and proactive person. The house has everything needed for a stay and was perfectly maintained.

Maru英语非常好，邮件沟通顺畅，还帮忙寄存一天行李并且送到车站。没想到是租下了一整套房子，感受了一下原汁原味的日本住宅，安静又干净。非常好的体验

Really appreciate the host for picking up our luggage and sending them to the House so we could go exploring before check-in. Location is convenient and near to the train station. The pedestrian bridge is open during construction; don’t follow google maps’ longer route.
