This hotel was okay, in general good cleanliness and good kitchen + washing machine. However poor first impression when I was given my keys from the receptionist. As my friends had picked me up from the airport they were helping carry my very heavy luggage for me. The receptionist refused to let them help me to my room by carrying my stuff. As I had a private room I didn’t see the issue as this was not a hostel and my friends were staying elsewhere in Naha. A bit of a negative start to my stay. The bed was extremely stiff, and this hotel is not a good place for light sleepers, as the room was very loud from planes passing over and cars driving on the main road all day and night. It is okay value for money.

Didn't see any staff around but it's not a problem, as DIY check in insrtructions were clear. stayed a night to be close to airport as we had early flight. room was tiny, clean & basic but good enough for 1 night.
