Place is great for Batanes because there aren't that many choices. We moved here after 3 nights in Fundacion. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Staff are cheerful but kitchen closes early. We couldn't order food at 8pm because the only cook left already. Not much to see in the area. No amenities. The hotel feels like someone's vacation home constructed in the middle of rubble (?) e.g. so many crushed concrete strewn along street / the "beach" facing the ocean. Maybe the road is still under construction in that area.

Their rooms are superb!!! Although they don't have TV's in the room they have it in common living area & kitchen. Their location is really a front beach you can hear the waves in the room super relaxing!! Wish I was able to stay longer but they have limited rooms only so they sold out fast but over all it was good stay.

From the moment we arrived at the villa, we were treated with warmth and professionalism which continues during our 5 days stay. Every detail from the pristine room and plush bedding to the seamless service exceeds our very high expectations The atmosphere was calm with the ocean soothing waves, sophisticated, and indulgent. This is hospitality at its finest. The day and night staff are committed in ensuring that we are comfortable and graciously assisted us with our day to day tours, activities and excellent meals. We were truly fortunate to have stayed at Villa Ferrer. A luxurous stay in Batanes.

Home away from home.

This property has the best location if you want to live your small seaside town dream in Batanes. We had the best experience blending with the locals at the pier, walking to the beach to see the sunset, our late afternoon walks along the lighthouse to buy milktea, walking to the townsquare and church and buying barbeque, and going back to the hotel after a long day to have the best rest in their comfy rooms and kind staff. I would definitely go back here to experience it all over again.
