Pros: close proximity to beach, good general cleanliness, staff are generally friendly and helpful, rooms are of good standard. Cons: room doors are not maintained, the wooden door was swolen causing doors to "stick" - a person has to "slam" the doors in order to open /close. Upon waking up, there is a lot of noise around the establishment with many doors "slamming " due to the lack of maintenance. The balcony door on my Grandmother's room is so stiff that she cannot open it by herself. This is not acceptable for elderly people. The balcony wood and metal frames needs to be sanded and re varnished. The bathtub tap handle in my room is loose and lost the "hot" water sign. The small details like bring the 4 star rating down when compared to international travel standards. If some attention to detail was implemented to this resort, it could easily shine and rise up to a 4 star standard. Final comment: breakfast buffet - it would be great if the hot breakfast would be served via the wait staff and the rest of the cold buffet could be self service. This would help prevent long clumsy cues around the hot breakfast. Due to these clumsy cues, I experienced a cold breakfast that was meant to be hot. This was not pleasant in comparison to international travel standards. There needs to be some improvement with the management of the breakfast service. Final result: I have enjoyed my stay however I am uncertain if I would rebook unless certain issues mentioned would be resolved.

Cet hôtel nous a ravis. Très bon personnels, très bon restaurant avec nappe , chambre confortable, excellent petits dejeuners. Nous avions la chambre 27 au RDC côté piscine et nous n'avons pas regretté de ne pas avoir de chambre côté mer car elles sont très exposées au vent et elles peuvent être dérangées par le bruit des véhicules et du restaurant de plein air. Le rdv côté piscine c'est top. Le linge est immaculé, le lit est confortable, la télévision marche bien. On arrive et un flacon de vin muscatdell vous attend avec quelques biscuits. Un petit chocolat le soir pour nous souhaiter bonne nuit. Que du positif. Je note simplement que la large douche s'écoulait mal et que des joints de carrelage devraient être refait dans la salle de bain. En globalité c'était parfait. Nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons cet excellent hôtel. Bravo au management !
