Well we booked this hotel only for a day at the end of our 12 days Thailand trip just to enjoy this pool and the view it offers and undoubtedly it was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is located in one of the most scenic location of Koh Phangan and the view from the pool side is to die for. We booked a sea view double room with balcony which was really nice. The aesthetics of the room very bohemian which is my favourite. Though we booked a sea view room but the sea was partially visible as it was surrounded by forest and shrubs but that was fine with us as they have a very relaxing hammock in the balcony so you can simply relax on the hammock and just gaze at the stars. Now coming to few negative points (for which I have rated this hotel as 4 and not 5) 1. First of all the hotel is located on a very steep mountain top so it was pretty scary to climb up and down on a Scooty because if you are not careful enough your Scooty will skid off. So one has to be very cautious especially during the night time as there is no light on the road. 2. Their restaurant offer a complete vegan menu. So if you are a non-vegetarian then you have to arrange your food elsewhere. 3. Lastly since the hotel is located in a kind of isolated area so for pier transfer you will need to arrange your vehicle well in time. We made a mistake by trusting hotel staff as the day when we checked in we asked the staff that how can we get a tuk tuk to pier for next day and they assured us that we just need to inform them 10 minutes before we leave for the pier and they will arrange it but on the day of check-out we informed them 20 minutes prior buteven after waiting for 30 minutes the tuk tuk didn’t come. We were really stressed as our ferry to Surat Thani was at 11:30am and we had only 30 mins to reach. The staff looked very disinterested and had a lackadaisical attitude. He asked us to wait for another 10 mins for the tuk tuk which was not possible for us.

We really loved our stay at Bluerama. The view from the pool is sublime. The staff are lovely and we enjoyed the dogoes and surrounds. The driveway is steep so if you’re not a confident scooter rider maybe not for you.

The accommodation, location and sunset by the pool were lovely. Sadly, we did not feel very welcome and felt that staff became nicer and more accommodating when guests made several orders. Also, by late afternoon, different groups of people (non hotel guests) wanted to enjoy the sunset but were stopped at the entrance to pay 600 THB which is simply overpriced and also disturbed our nice experience of the sunset. Even though the view was great, we would not return.

המלון נמצא במעלה גבעה מאוד גבוהה, הייתי צריכה להוסיך לנהג מונית 50כסף כדי שיסכים לעלות אותי עד למעלה, ובשעות הלילה הנסיעה למעלה מסוכנת ולא מוארת. המסעדה במלון מאוד יקרה אבל אוכל בסדר. הבריכה חמודה ונעימה ונחמד לראות את השקיעה ממנה. המקלחות בחדרים בסדר גמור יש מים חמים רוב הזמן. המסיבות בימי שבת ממש כיפיות מוזיקה טובה.

I had a pleasant stay, and overall, it was good value for money. The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the phenomenal view—it’s the main reason we chose to stay here. The location on top of a hill offers breathtaking scenery, making it a truly amazing place to unwind and take in the surroundings. However, getting up the hill was a bit of a challenge. The incline is very steep, and when it rained, no cars or bikes were willing to take us up. If you’re traveling light with just a backpack, the hike is manageable. But if you have suitcases, I’d strongly recommend asking the hotel to arrange a vehicle to pick you up. This ensures you’ll get to the top without any hassle. Overall, it’s a great place with incredible views, but be prepared for the journey up the hill!
