The electrical outlets are inconvenient. They are far from the bed and there are not many of them. There was a shower room and a bathtub, but the shower room was not used much and had a lot of mold. It is on the bus route from Surat Thani International Airport to the city, so if you tell the driver the name of the hotel, they will drop you off right in front of you. It is easy to get to from the airport, but it seems to be a bit far from the city.There is a Lotus supermarket about 10 minutes walk away, but it would have been nice if there was a seven-Eleven nearby. The staff were kind and the price was cheap, so I was satisfied overall. I wish they would do some work to improve the electrical outlets.

Good for work travelling purposes I guess, has a pool, large lobby and dining area. Location not so great, no local shops or 7/11 nearby, location on a bust road and intersection. Only thing is the Central Shopping Mall 2min by motorbike. It's walking distance but difficult and dangerous to walk there, no actual path just following road, no pedestrian crossing. As for the pool area, lots of rodent droppings some have blown into the pool by the wind. Will not stay here again, can get better location and hotel for same price.

This hotel was nice. The facilities were great. The gym had all the equipment and good machines. The pool is very nice and large. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very powerful. This is definitely a 4+ star hotel. I’d go back again. I think if you stay at this hotel, you’ll will be very happy.

Picked the Diamond Plaza as it is close to the big Central shopping center. Easy 10 minute walk and there's a footbridge that takes you over the busy road. We were only on the 8th floor but the view from the room was amazing through the big windows (no balcony). The room was a good size, firm bed and nice the bathroom had a separate shower. Only issue was lack of power sockets, with none by the bed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection which we always like over low season set meals.

Stayed twice in 7 days period. Location close to Central Department store. Plenty of parking. Nice restaurant with good food that opens till midnight. Spacious lobby. Large room. Big bathroom with excellent water pressure having both a tub and a shower. Good air-con. Comfy bed. The suite has separate living room with large screen smart TV. Furniture a bit underwhelming but otherwise the room is excellent. Awesome breakfast with good variety. Will stay again if price unchange.
