We paid extra for a seafront bungalow (also the last room available so may have paid a premium). Stunning location, incredible beachfront view from the room. If you’ve got the budget then this is a nice treat. It came with the usual amenities and a tea and coffee making facility. The only downside was the beach party (which I think is a nightly occurrence) is right next door so bring ear plugs…it was loud. Also, the aircon didn’t work well. It fanned the room but didn’t really get that cold. There was also a quiet ceiling fan which helped with the mosquitoes.

This hotel is located in the heart of Koh Tao, right on the beach, which is definitely its biggest advantage. The location is fantastic, with easy access to lively shops, bars, diving centers, and nightly fire shows. The beach atmosphere and surrounding area are among the most vibrant on the island.The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided good service throughout our stay. Our room was a bungalow-style accommodation (not a beach-view room), and it was comfortable enough for a pleasant stay.However, considering the price, I felt the property was a bit overpriced. While the beachfront location is great, the overall experience was not as exceptional as I had expected for the rate charged. The swimming pool also needs better maintenance—the water was quite salty and caused eye irritation while swimming.Overall, it's a good hotel with an excellent location and friendly staff. If being close to the beach and the island's main activities is your priority, it's a solid choice. Just don't expect a luxury experience that fully matches the premium price.

I booked it because of the 'good location' (on saireed beach,close to the bars,restaurants) but room (single gazing) was facing the lotus bar (music stops at 2am, no way to sleep before 2am, so no early morning dives if you sleep after 2am). Room is aged and needed serious maintenance... to many things broken. Cleaning is also a serious issue!!! The big pool just outside the room is empty (has just some water that attracts mosquitos). There is small channel/river that smells poopoo/pee between the room and the pool.

This hotel has an amazing location - right on the busy tourist road we had a hotel room with a balcony overlooking the whole street which was great. However the beds somehow has sand in there all the time which we couldn’t fully remove but apart from this the hotel was pretty good.

Stayed in the main hotel. No noise from the bar in our room 9311 but our son was in 9205 and could hear it but not too loud. We only chose the resort as it was all that was left on Koh Tao in our price range. It was expensive for what it was compared to others we stayed in. Would recommend booking in advance in Koh Tao. Saying that had a lovely large room with good air conditioning. Slept well. Had a sea view.
