我们是大概18:30到达的车站 因为谷歌地图导航误差的问题 联系了房东马上就来接我们了 还给我们规划了当晚前往烟花大会的路线，设施内很多东西我们都可以自由使用，第二天计划好退房时间房东太太也专门开车送我们去了。由于待的时间较短很多东西没有体验到，如果人多的话在这里待一个晚上小聚一下会是非常不错的体验～

The name UFO really represent the architecture.
The interior is clean and spacious with kitchen. The heating may not be adequate to cover the whole volume as the heating was set to 29C but the space measure 20C thru out the night with all window closed. Also toilet a bit cold as not having heating. The public common facilities appear a bit unattended compared to the images posted. However the owner is enthusiastic to help.

We stayed at XXUFO for a family vacation at the beach from 11-18 August 2025. The owners were a very hospitable husband and wife couple who keep the guesthouse immaculate. The location really could not be better for those wanting a relaxing time at the beach. You are literally located right across the road (although up a hill) from Nagahama Beach about 20 minutes south of Atami. The main drawbacks have nothing to do with the house, but you should be aware that in the town nearly everything closes by 17:00, and opens mid morning. The house has a wonderfully equipped kitchen and includes the use of a barbecue in the garden so planning for your own breakfasts and dinners at the house is very easy and recommended. A car is highly recommended for the area, but the host offered to pick us up from the train station which is a bit of a walk up and down hill to get to. The house is up on the mountainside so the driveway is very steep and involves a sharp turn through a small tunnel to get into the parking area. The host very kindly helped us when our car had problems, but once I drove it a couple of times up and down and practiced parking a time or two there was no problem. The house is very spacious, and for those who are aware of the 04:30 sunlight we experience here in Japan, there are storm shutters that block light over the main windows, which we wished we had used earlier in our stay. We definitely plan to go back and would highly recommend to others who live in Japan and are looking for a wonderful getaway in a beautiful setting!
