Bushwa Private Game Lodge

Great service from staff - all attentive&accommodating.Game drive was comfortable with a knowledgeable guide.Food was okay,first night's dinner was really delicious.One of the best deserts I've had.The location is beautiful,picturesque,quiet...a proper break from city noise. However there are minor things that overall gave a feeling that they are trying to save costs which took away from the stay.If I was staying for long those would've been irritating e.g. •only 3 towels(no towels to dry hair) •No gowns •no soap,just conditioner/shampoo/lotion •no bottled water provided AT ALL.most lodges will give one bottle a day in the room at least •only cremora in the coffee facilities in the room,not everyone wants to drink coffee with a creamer •no treats for turndown or even a mere flower petal to create ambience •only 1 slice of bread during breakfast.the standard is 2 everywhere,one shouldn't have to ask These are minor things,you can still wnjoy your stay despite all these but they do take away from the experience esp if you want to relax in the room. The staff is stellar,they made the stay a lovely one.
