Beautiful resort/island but way overpriced. Restuarant and food was amazing, but the staff are slow. The so called "host" was practically useless. Anything we requested had to be ask numerous times before any actions were taken and even if they were it was usually wrong. We were promised bicycles for our whole stay but received two bikes with flat tires that took 3 days to replace (our stay on the island was almost complete) even though we requested replacements numerous times a day. Our son was never given a bicycle to use the whole stay; again, even though we requested a bicycle for him a handful of times. Communication between staff members is nonexistent. Ex.: We were promised a smooth transition to our next hotel upon arrival in Male while we were taking off from the island but instead received a non- helpful employee of the hotel upon arrival at the airport in Male that stated it wasn't his responsibility to schedule our pickup and drop off to the next hotel because nobody had notified him, even though we did, numerous times while still on the island.

上岛第一天因为水飞安排和房间发生一些不愉快，好在酒店及时给我解决，并且管家sujad非常好，很耐心的带我到处参观，让我得到了一个接近完美的假期，忘掉了之前的不开心，岛很美，推荐住水屋，我个人不是很喜欢沙屋的风格，水屋特别美，餐厅有三个选择也比较多

I stayed in August 2024. My experience at Sirru Fen Fushi was nothing short of extraordinary. The resort felt like a serene paradise, blending luxury with nature’s raw beauty. The overwater villas were exquisite, offering unmatched views of the Indian Ocean, and the private pools added a perfect touch of exclusivity. The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment was memorable. From the delicious, fresh meals to the personalized touches in the room, everything was thoughtfully curated. The underwater art installation and snorkeling in the vibrant coral reef were highlights of the trip, offering unique adventures alongside tranquil relaxation. Sirru Fen Fushi truly redefines luxury and serenity. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this resort offers an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a Maldivian getaway

Staff Hospitality: 15/10 Scenic Views: 10/10 Food: 2/10 On-Site Facilities: 4/10 Persistence of Service Errors: 15/10 (Not a Compliment) The resort offers breathtaking Maldivian views and I have the utmost respect for both the local and international staff—they were warm, attentive, and clearly dedicated. The water villa was beautiful, and the natural surroundings are undeniably stunning. However, the resort consistently failed to deliver on the finer details—details that collectively make or break a luxury experience. For a property charging this level of premium, it was disappointing to have to repeatedly clarify the duration of my stay and remind staff about my entitled late check-out. While the scenery and frontline staff were commendable, much of the rest fell short of expectations. This resort, in its current state, does not justify its price tag.
