• ※洗濯機のご用意はございませんので、 　近隣のコインランドリーをご利用ください。 　詳細はハウスマニュアルを参照頂ければ幸いです。 ※入浴剤の使用は禁止しております。 　万が一、使用が発覚した場合、 　修理代金、また修理が完了するまでの損害賠償を 　請求させていただく場合がございますので、ご了承ください。 ※チェックアウトの際は 　冷蔵庫の中のものを全て捨てて、 　冷蔵庫のスイッチをオフにしてから退出願います。 　冷蔵庫のスイッチはリビング壁面に有ります。 ------------------------------------------------------------ ▶ペットについて 　条件①金額は1頭あたり1,000円（税込1,100円） 　条件②ペットは3頭を上限とし、 　　　⇒小型・中型犬は3頭まで受け入れが可能。 　　　⇒大型犬は2頭まで受け入れが可能です。 　　　※大型犬はゴールデンレトリバークラスの体格まで可。 　　　体重は30 キロ前後までとなります。 　条件③生後 6 ヶ月以内／10 歳以上の高齢犬／病気療養中 　　　　妊娠中またはヒート中のペットは利用できません。 　 　条件④法令に基づく狂犬病等の予防注射を受けていること、 　　　及び感染症等の病気に罹患していないこと。 　条件⑤トイレトレーニング、無駄吠えをしない…等の躾がされており、 　　　居室内において粗相をしないこと。 　　　トイレの躾に自信が無い場合は、 　　　おむつやマナーベルトの着用をお願い致します。 　条件⑥宿泊の前日までにペット同伴利用規約及び同意書を 　　　送信していただいていること。 　その他 　　　・ペット関連の備品の用意は有りません。 　　　　全て宿泊者様でご用意をお願い致します。 　　　・居室内で使用OKなのは1Fのみ 　　　（利用NG：洗面室、バスルーム及び 2 階はペットの進入禁止。 　　　　万が一発覚した場合は清掃料を別途いただきます) 　　　・室内でのトリミングや、グルーミングは NGとします。 　　　　(万が一発覚した場合は清掃料を別途いただきます) 　　　・ペットの足洗いなど、軽度の使用は 　　　　玄関左脇にシャワー施設を設けてありますのでご利用ください。 　　　　(*足ふきタオルなどは事前にご準備のうえご持参ください) 　　　・ペットの糞尿は、 　　　　玄関左脇のシャワー設備に設置しております 　　　　ゴミ箱へ処分をお願いいたします。 　　　・ペットのみを宿に残して外出することはご遠慮下さい。 ☆当施設にドッグランはありませんが、 「湯川ふるさと公園」（徒歩6分程度）があり、 　無料で使える広いドッグランがありますのでそちらをご利用ください。 ------------------------- ☆禁煙について 　室内は完全禁煙となります。 　喫煙可能場所：道路側から見て、駐車場右角付近。 　※灰皿のご用意は有りません。 　必ず「携帯灰皿」を持参して頂くようお願いします。 ☆BBQ不可 　万が一、無断でのBBQ実施が判明した場合は、 　別途、清掃費用・その他、損害賠償を請求致します。 ☆調理に際して 　調理する場合は、調味料をご準備のうえ持参ください （近くにスーパーマーケットのツルヤがございますので、 　食材や調味料の調達にご利用ください。）
