空間蠻小的，但整個環境很文青 可以預訂燒烤，也有提供餐具等等可以自己做早餐，附近約300公尺就有便利商店，買東西回來吃也很容易，便利店對面就是山中湖，雖然是背向富士山，但賞賞湖景也是很舒服的

Location: The hotel is near Lake Yamanaka and a 5 min cycle away. The road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, and only able to fit one car at a time. Be prepared to have to do some reversing/manoeuvring if there are multiple cars, which is quite dangerous especially after the sun is down. Room: Clean and spacious. Facilities: Good BBQ facilities available. There are bicycles available for rent. On check in, we had already informed the owner that we would be keen to rent the bicycle the next day to cycle around the lake. We wanted to rent the bicycles at 9am (check out is at 10am) and informed the owner that we would return before 10am. Our car would also be left on site which can act as a ‘guarantee’. However he was very reluctant to do so which made us upset as we had already informed him our intentions the previous day. This however I may attribute to miscommunication due to different languages. Hospitality: Unfortunately, our experience was very negatively affected by the owner. As mentioned in several other reviews, he is anxious and overly suspicious, which made us feel unwelcome from the start. The worst moment was when he finally agreed to rent us bicycles. He came over with the agreement letter and repeatedly pointed at the clause stating “Must leave the room in original condition.” For context, we had cleaned the room to the standard we would for an Airbnb: dishes washed and placed on the sink to dry, trash collected, and everything generally tidy. The only thing we didn’t do was make the bed. To clarify the issue, I even went back to the room and asked the owner if he could show me exactly what was wrong so I could fix it immediately. Instead, he just shook his head and gave me a sarcastic smile. What confused us even more was that after checking other rooms (occupied by Japanese guests), we noticed they were left in similar or even worse condition—one group hadn’t even washed their grill set. We have no idea if the owner was equally passive-aggressive toward them. Overall: While the hotel and facilities themselves are nice, the owner’s behavior made our stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not recommend this place.

The staff were really attentive to what our needs and the place had the vibe we were going for. Very close to the lake, and we used bicycles to explore around the area. Serene and a good base to explore the Fuji five lakes.

Highly recommend as the stay was comfortable and location was serene. Parking was easily available. The owners were friendly and helpful. We even roasted marshmallows over the campfire.

Although there's a little far away from Mount fuji, but the stay was awesome. Grab some food from the nearby grocery shop, have a BBQ right outside your room. Check in process is quick as well, there's instruction on all the appliances in the room.
