During the storm
When Typhoon Signal 5 hit, I was grateful to have a safe and comfortable place to stay, and Casa de Española felt like home for those 5 days and 4 nights. It’s not a 5-star resort, but it’s certainly the best in town, with well-maintained facilities and top-tier food that made my stay even better. The rooms were cozy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was impressive. The customer service team was very accommodating despite the high volume of guests during my stay. There were some minor issues, though. Despite paying in full for a deluxe room, staff had difficulty unlocking the door in my balcony, and I was told I hadn’t paid yet for my foods. I believe this was due to the sheer number of guests at the time, but it was eventually resolved. Another hiccup occurred when I was asked to pay an upgrade fee even I was an Agoda Platinum member. While it wasn’t ideal, these issues were handled politely. Overall, Casa de Española offers has a very well mentained hotel and resort. I hope they streamline their processes for future guests—especially for loyal customer and Agoda Platinum members. I still give it 5 stars because, during such a stressful time, having a safe haven with exceptional food and good accommodations was priceless. Thank you, Casa de Española, for being a reliable refuge in the storm!

Ok for a stay
Ok for a short stay but their pool is quite dirty. My officemate swam and there's a lot of frogs swimming too

Very good
Heavy rain during our check-in. No one helped us with our luggage. Standard room: bed size is 120cm only. Window type aircon was noisy. Restaurant: the staff needs better training: food was served without utensils

Spacious Room but Dirty pool
Good parking space, helpful staff, spacious clean rooms, but a disappointment in the swimming pool. The water is brownish.
