Pro:This place is beautiful exactly as you see on the pictures. Our stay was pleasant. Close to the mall and you can also order in. Wifi connection good. Cons:there's terrible ditch at gate entrance low cars not ideal. Upon arrival host was not aware of our booking said they no longer deal with Agoda after back and forth though we eventually were let in but it took a while. No microwave in the room. Our booking came with breakfast but was told they couldn't provide because they were not aware of our booking and breakfast ingredients are bought the day before.

The lady who works there I think it’s their receptionist is very rude she called me asking what time am I checking in and I told her I should be there around 6 cause I’m coming from Portshepstone she then went ahead to tell me that she doesn’t get paid to stay extra hours at the guesthouse I must drive and come fetch the key at her home. She went as far as raising her voice at me VERY RUDE of her

Not Happy
We had a horrible stay. Firstly we were at the gate for over 30 minutes, their number was on voice mail. I had to call AGODA 😑. Secondly Check out time is 10am however we were not done as yet instead of giving us those few minutes No the cleaning lady came to our space n started cleaning 😒. It was so uncomfortable to try n get dress while someone is around. Thirdly We had a braii n some coals were left in the area. The owner came n literally shout at us… we kept apologizing but he kept on going. Fourthly the pool was not clean. Lastly the owner took our disk last night n said that most guest steal / leave with it, we gave it to him cz we knew we were not gonna go out anyways. But in a case where Mybe we change our mind at night it means we were not gonna be able to leave the property Cz still the number on the site is not working. The owners son was so welcoming on our first stay in September that is why we came back. Ay His dad Noooo he was not nice to us at all this weekend.

There was no air freshener in the toilet and the sliding door was dirty and the curtains we're not functioning properly and the other side was broken but either than that everything was fine and clean.

Sthe and Princess were very helpful and friendly..place is nice and clean. Room is cleaned every day... The breakfast was also fresh and I enjoyed it every...maybe offer more options??.
