Wealthy Farmer's House in Hiroshima- 7.22명 평가
It's a quite big house (6 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom, old design, very Japanese set up. So it's good if it's your first experience of that. Location is not special, in a cluster of buildings in average farmland with no nice views. The bbq area is quite big and everthing bar food is provided, enclosed at the sides and enough space under the eaves to cook outside if it rains. Just. The bathroom is nice The kitchen lacks a toaster oven and a proper coffee maker.. Only cooking oil, salt, some sugar and coffee and soy sauce is provided Tiny cups and small glasses only, one knife for cutting, minimal cutlery and chopsticks. Big TV in a cosy living room. One room has a bed and one has a kotatsu. The others are just bare tatami and floored. I was underwhelmed when I arrived. It would have been good to know that 'wealthy farmer' is 'gono' in Japanese as without knowing this the house wasn't easy to find . The AI translation for how to enter the house was rubbish. There is no lockbox You just input the code they send you, uirn the knob at the bottom and the sliding door is open. The keypad is brown not black The sign for the house at the roadside says 'Gono House' in Japanese and in English. I was disappointed when I arrived, but the house slowly grew on me. I wasn't sad to leave, but it is quiet, no one bothers you and if don't care about looking outside or having a feeling of space outside it might be the place for you .

There is a trash can in the kitchen. Please separate trash by plastic bottles, glass, aluminum cans, and other.
②BBQ Grill
Put out the fire completely after use.
③ Noise
The neighborhood is a local residential area with many elderly people. Some sleep quite early so please refrain from being loud outside.
④ No Smoking
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
If you must smoke, please do so outside.
⑤ Prevention of wild animals
The fence beside the entrance is to keep out wild boars and deer from entering the premises.
If you must remove it, please return the fence to its proper place afterwards.
⑥Send a passport copy of all members (unless you are a Japanese National, then sign in the details on the clipboard on the table. All guests must sign it.).
⑦ Parking: Please park your car to the right of the pole. (The left side of the pole is the path used for tractors to get to the rice field ahead).
