Baan Yaimai Boutique Samui

Excellent value boutique hotel for couple with nice clean rooms & good location in fisherman village 😊

We travel through Koh Samui quite regularly and we use this hotel due to the very convenient location in proximity to the airport (But no noise) and ferry piers. It's also super close to Fishermans Village with all the bars and restaurants. The place is always clean and well prepared

This hotel is a great location next to the fishermen market and close to supermarkets and restaurants. It has a nice pool and spacious rooms. My only complaint, is that I had ants in my room for one night that went into my bags. As the room is on the ground floor and has a garden area I believe that is how they got in. I was disappointed when I asked reception to switch rooms the next day but they said they were fully booked. Although when i checked online there were still rooms available. I then felt hostile tension from the receptionist or owner of the hotel for the duration of my stay. The room was cleaned and the ants did not return. However, I believe that as a gesture of good will, my room should have been changed as I had fears the ants would return. Other than that the stay was great.

Love staying here! Would return to this property. Great location!
