Baan Yaimai Boutique Samui

This hotel is a great location next to the fishermen market and close to supermarkets and restaurants. It has a nice pool and spacious rooms. My only complaint, is that I had ants in my room for one night that went into my bags. As the room is on the ground floor and has a garden area I believe that is how they got in. I was disappointed when I asked reception to switch rooms the next day but they said they were fully booked. Although when i checked online there were still rooms available. I then felt hostile tension from the receptionist or owner of the hotel for the duration of my stay. The room was cleaned and the ants did not return. However, I believe that as a gesture of good will, my room should have been changed as I had fears the ants would return. Other than that the stay was great.
